TMC was formed by two moms who started as friends before having families, worked together as creatives in the dance industry and had a mutual love and respect for one another for many years. As relationships grew and families were started, they found themselves back together with talented children needing guidance, representation, and solid foundations in an industry that can be difficult to navigate solo. As Wanda and Jen began to lean on one another for emotional, spiritual, and business sense while working to provide support to their children in an ever changing field, they found themselves looking to each other more than anything else to server as a barometer for decisions, information, resources, and common sense in situations that may not feel like common sense.

As they have grown in this industry with professional working children who have performed in regional theater, live stage, Broadway, television, movies, commercials, short films, voice over, and more. As well, have attended conventions, courses, and training in dance, acting, and voice across the country; they realized how lost a parent can feel - even a parent who has worked in the industry! Managing a child in this growing field takes grit, compassion, business savvy, and gut sense in order to stay grounded and confident.
